This project is for the addition of three new units to the existing town house project, providing an affordable housing solution and utilizing potential of development in the existing community at Scenic Drive, Kitchener. We are providing structural design for the project.
This modern country-style residence features a wood frame structure including exposed timber beams. Custom modern windows throughout the home allow for picturesque views, the open floor plan includes a Great Room with cathedral ceilings, beautifully merging rustic charm with contemporary elements. Our team provided structural engineering design integrating with architectural intent.

This commercial building project was for the ground up rebuilt automobile service center on the existing foundation. Additional floor height was achieved using reinforced concrete block walls for the most efficient use of resources and catering evolving needs of the service center. Our team provided structural design for the project.

Application: Landscape
This structural retaining wall is the classic stone textured precast concrete retaining wall which is designed for ease of construction and efficient use of geogrid reinforcement. The project size was small and that makes it inefficient to mobilize formwork and concrete trucks on site. Using the Pisa2 series of Risa-Stone, the wall is proposed in pre-cast units and could be built without heavy equipment on site.
Retaining height: 7 Feet.

The aquarium was built to captivate & display Marine, Brakish and freshwater fishes along with other aquatic flora & fauna for the purpose of conservation, education, research & recreation. The building includes an 8-meter-tall shark pool with exhibition capacity for more than 100 varieties of exotic fishes. Structural design by Nahl Engineers.
