With over 20 years of experience, Sadik has achieved excellence through practice in structural engineering. He is passionate about the design of a safe and sustainable built environment and his projects include affordable housing, mixed-use tall buildings, industrial, commercial, and public buildings. After completing a Master of Engineering at the University of Toronto, Sadik had the chance to work with various renowned structural engineers. He enjoys working with architects and developers to create integrated building designs.

Salim is an accomplished Construction Technologist with over 20 years of experience in residential buildings, industrial warehouses, and heavy civil projects across India, Africa, and Alberta, including Edmonton and Fort McMurray. He offers extensive technical knowledge in building design, site execution, and operations, supported by long field experience. Skilled in supervising teams, coordinating design, and addressing client needs, Salim consistently delivers projects on time and to specification. Adaptable and results-oriented, he is recognized for problem-solving, efficient planning, and maintaining high-quality standards in diverse and challenging environments.

Shashi has vast experience in structural design. It spans from teaching and building design to building materials and non-destructive testing. He has done several assessments for the vulnerability of existing structures and suggested repair and retrofitting projects during his experience. He had the opportunity to design some of the prayer halls for the community. He is committed to maintaining high standards of design, drawings and execution of projects.
